Key Replacement in K8s Manifest

Keys for all attributes or entries in the K8s manifest such as Namespace, Deployment and more like these can be replaced with the help of this new BuildPiper feature. By specifying important properties like Kind, the Key with position, Value/Place Holder, users can replace attributes in K8s manifest.
